Genre: History
Elevator Pitch : This SCP is underground ruin of 3rd century BC. It had contained abnormal legacy of Xia Dynasty and used as an arsenal in 2nd Occult War.
Central Narrative : The foundation found an ruin Near Tengzhou, Shandong. The ruin was used 5th century BC to 2nd century BC. And it Buried underground. The ruin have four areas and each of them have different structures. (the name of the area is came from the person who found the area.)
Area Agatha is the smallest(almost 25 acres) area. Structure was left almost complete form. Many bamboo and wooden slip books were came out in this area. The record tell us that this structure was Qi Dynasty's national building. And some lists of human that stayed in this building came out. some of them are presumed as a
Area Brian is normal building. long corridor and many rooms were together.
Area Chistin have small houses and ponds. Unstable Hume level was recorded in this area. 0.95 to 1.04. half of the houses were trace only. Three quarter of the left bulidings were damaged. The structure is estimated to contain abnormality. The foundation's analyzing tells that its structure is very similar to foundation's human type SCP containing room.
Area Dmitry is the most weird and complicated area. Its structure is similar to jail. The warning words are printed on every wall of this area. Many walls were constructed outside of this area .Some rooms are hard to come out and Some were sealed today. Many security systems exist in this area. They are Physical, chemical, Biological, or Thaumatological. The foundation cannot understand the full structure and technologies used to build this area. Hume level is very unstable in this area. 0.71 to 1.4.

Hook/Attention-Grabber : The foundation know Xia and Shang Dynasty had an abnormal technologies. But their legacies doesn't(almost) exist in modern china. And, where are them? We don't know how their descendant used them and how they were disappeared.
And I want to ask another question. Before GOC and 7th occult war, humans have been used abnormal things as a weapon at least 6 times. How would it have been?
Imagine about ancient china. legacy of Sarkic and Mechs were everywhere. And they could be used to screw up your enemy and the security is nowhere. So, It is hard to imagine not to use it. It isn't hard to imagine countries trying to use them as a weapon.
This SCP could be an answer for the Question. Many Dynasties after Xia, Shang had kept the abnormal things and people of them. But after Zhou falls, and no one could handle them. Descendant of Zhou, Seven big countries and hundreds of small countries tried to be rich and powerful. So they could use abnormalous things to achive the purpose.
The most famous one is Lord mengchang. He was a family of Qi Dynasty(one of the Seven big countries). He treated over 3000 people and they served him with their talants. His treatment was classified with three levels. Maybe some abnormal people deserved treatment and served him. So this is the place where they were
